Looking for a Diopter target sight and tunnel front sight with elements for a Enfield No4 MK1/2 rifle in .303

Found the rear sight I was looking for a Parker Hale 5C for the No4.
But....
Still looking for a Parker Hale FS22 Tunnel foresight with or without the base fitting.
