I am looking for a 9mm straight pull (not the lever release) - SGC did these a few years back in the AR style - I have a spare slot and cash waiting if anyone has one or knows someone with one to sell (The one on GT has gone)

Re: 9mm straight pull (Or 9mm AR upper)
I saw one of those at Bisley a few years back but didn't have a slot on my ticket for it. Wish I had as then I'd never have bought one of SGC's new ones.

Were they definitely straight pulls and not the lever-action ones (as opposed to level release action)? They came with a 1911 pistol grip that you rocked fowards then back to cycle the action? If it was this type they aren't compatible with normal AR lowers

Re: 9mm straight pull (Or 9mm AR upper)
Bob re-worked a lot of them to right handed side cocking, they use a rotating-lock bolt unlike the new blowback Unicorns. There are quite a few about, one changed hands at our club just last week for £475, a very accurate bit of kit.
Re: 9mm straight pull (Or 9mm AR upper)
Having spoken to Bob about them, I won't be getting one - he was very helpful and straight with me- his words "I stopped making them as they had extraction issues that we just could not get sorted"
So I will not be getting one!

You'll just have to make do with getting hit with the brass (sorry steel) from my unicorn then
The above post probably contains sarcasm or some other form of attempted wit, please don't take it to heart.
