Hello from a Somerset young gun!
Hi Folks,
The name's Joe and although I've been air rifle and clay shooting on and off over my short 24 years, I am very new to club and target shooting (because I knew little of it's existence mainly) My local club is the TDSA range in Taunton which is currently under water thanks to the floods we're having! I've also joined and agreed to take over a Pheasant shoot syndicate with a shooting buddy (glutton for punishment!)
I'm still waiting on my FAC at the moment, my FEO says Christmas time. I applied at the beginning of September and was interviewed early part of November, so, not too bad so far.... I've applied for an SGC, 2 x 22lrs, a 308 and a .357 muzzle loading revolver. I can tell this isn't going to be a cheap hobby!!
I've already put deposits on a CZ 452 silhouette and a Spike's Tactical ST22, so let's hope I get the FAC now!
Anyway, the forum has some great info and I look forward to making some input.

Hey Joe,
Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you will get your FAC around the same time as me! I'm itching to take delivery of two guns too :)
