I am a bit of a fan of Pikes Peak and they do get a bit raggedy on occasion however this was the biggest off I have seen, they are both very lucky to walk away. Roll cages are good however think of how many lives the HANS device saves on a yearly basis

Head and Neck Support system, it prevents the driver/riders head going too far forward or back in the event of a crash.
