Anyone know where to get some heavy sand for a rear bag.

Cheers, had already found them and was looking at getting chromite sand.

Why not use tumbler media?
Not s/s pins, obviously.

Chromite is the best option - much cheaper and almost as heavy.

You could use any 'granular' material but most shooters want the rear bag to be as stable as possible and one of the 'heavy' sands is the favorite filler.

Alternatively, if you are a 'bag-squeezer' something more like tumbler media or plastic pellets is fine.
