Hi, anyone know where I can get a hold of some buckmark magazines?

TEN round magazines are NOT banned under the ITAR restrictions from export.

I lucked into an Ebay seller (on the dot com version of the site) that had a big batch of them for under $18 a piece, bought about 5 or so.
Brownells are also a good source, but not under $20 ea as mine were....try MidSouth & Natchez too

IF you can find a seller that will post worldwide on the web, buy that way = otherwise, prepare to be ripped off

...cheapest = EbayUSA, so far & they are IN STOCK with sellers on that site....much as I hate Ebay, they sometimes have the goods
