Mauser K98 in 7.92mm

#1 Post by bnz41 »

Hi,
Anyone got one they do not use much.

Looking for a early German 1939-42 K98 Mauser in original calibre of 7.92mm.

Must have a good bore/barrel, metal work and wood, do not object to R/C mausers provided in good condition and the original German stamps are visible not scrubbed.
any????

Does it have to be a German K98 or are you just looking for a Mauser in 7.92.

Morning Alpha1,

I would like a German one, but. Unless you have a very cheap Portuguese war time contract one(1937-40).

The reason I asked I am guessing you want a original German or Portuguese Mauser.
I have a very nice Columbian Mauser in 7.92 for sale for £200 but I guess that's not what you are looking for. Fortunatelly one of the guys in my club has declared a interest in it. They are fine rifles if you get a good one.

Good luck with your search.

The Columbian is sold pending funds.

Just spotted this thread, I'm actually looking for a Mexican Mauser as the wife is from there and thought it would be cool to have. Haven't seen one yet but I know they exist, only other one I have seen is one from Argentina.
