New member from Birmingham
Hi Everyone
im fairly new to shooting, I am a member of the 3rd VB Rifle club Birmingham; currently in my probation. I have some experience of shooting from the Army but have not shot in years until recently. At present I am enjoying a weekly shoot on the indoor 25 & 50 range with a club .22 rifle.
The plan is to apply for FAC in a month or so, and once that's sorted, look to getting something that can shoot some distance; probably in a .308. Until this time I will aim to improve my technique with the .22s.
I can see this as becoming a bit of an obsession.
Cheers
Nick

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools!!

And when you fix it in place remember to leave enough room for the even bigger or additional one you'll need later (and another ammo safe!)20series wrote:trust me buy a much bigger cabinet than you think you'll ever need

Re: New member from Birmingham
Cheers guys. Have picked myself up a 7 gun cabinet, I'm hoping it'll do for a bit.
Does anyone have any idea how long the FAC process will take??
Thanks again for the welcome, much appreciated
