Looks like K31's are very rare. Lots of 1911's and 1889's but not seen one K31.

Depending on how good the ones are that Chris (CG firearms) have you could always get one and then have a look at the work that they do at thames valley guns, they do really nice restoration work, puts the price up but if you want a minter it sounds like you either won't find one or will end up paying a fortune for it either way.

I've got a 1911 long rifle and really enjoy using it (still uses the K11 round) :good:

Just been to see these at C&G, superb condition no restoration needed, I think it only fair to warn you, the one that appears to have only been fired a few times and looks like new isn't there anymore

If you want one be quick these are not going to hang about long!

He's not listing any on his website, when did you go, and how many did he have left?

I went last night 13/08/13 they are on Gun Star, 10 left now, crisp clean bore, woodwork is good, blueing on most is 99% have muzzle protectors and slings, and if you say you saw them on gun star you will get 50 rounds of the finest Swiss ammunition FOC.

They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

They are on his web site, search by calber 7.5, they dont appear under Schmidt Rubin for some reason.

Found them, send him an email to see if he will let me buy one and store it for me until I get a variation sorted.
