Where do you keep your magazines?
I was just wondering where you keep all your magazines. I currently keep mine in the ammo safe, but as my collection of mags, as well as my supply of ammo, has grown, it’s getting to be very crowded in there. Do magazines have to be kept in an actual safe, or would some sort of locked box, like a metal tool box with a pad lock do for example?

If the magazines are loaded with live ammunition, then they should be kept in the safe with your ammunition.
Unloaded magazines, as far as I know, are not controlled items, and can be kept anywhere you like. They may be something to be said for keeping in your gun safe, simply so you know where to find them :).

I keep mine in the relevant gun bags. They are out of site and in theory can not be left behind, as we have all done at one point or another.

If they are *that* sort of magazine then, traditionally, they are kept under the bed...
