Ewing Scope stand extension wanted

Wondering if anybody has a Ewing Scope stand extension pole that they no longer need, shipping from Ewing in the states is prohibitive!!

If it is just the extension pole I built something similar recently for someone with some stainless tube, from memory it was 5/8" and I just supplied a length of tube cut to length. If you are happy with a single piece extension that replaces the existing tube it should be easy enough to find and although long it should still fit in a rifle slip.
