Don't think it is UK legal with the barrel and overall length for a semi-auto shotgun.
Semi-automatic action that self feeds following the rotation of the quad-tube, revolving magazine.
Roller delayed action provides fast cycling and reduced felt recoil.
Overall length of the 1216 model is only 34 inches with a standard 18 inch barrel, but the more compact 1212 and 1208 are available.

It'd be S.5 as the barrel is under 24" & the gun is a semi auto...plus the overall length is below the S.1 & S.2 criteria for semi-autos
Make the overall length more than 40" - by making the barrel 6"+ longer = S.1 compliant...

I thought it was 12/24 for s1, even shotguns?

Unless said shotty-gun is a semi auto or pump action
Same rules apply to the above if S.2 as well - only difference is in mag capacity in S.2 versions
