You bolt your presses onto them and they are then interchangeable. You can get spare sets easily.

One tip, if you have more than one press invest in the steel bases not the wood, they give a much better fit. I have the quick change Lee Bench Plate mounted on the reloading bench and all 4 presses have the steel bases so changing over is a simple matter of loosening/tightening the 4 screws :)
