Thinking out loud...when the hatch is down I would be paranoid about someone locking it.

Not sure climbing up and down stairs like that is feasible.

Then you have all the other things, like heating, light, air, cooking, toilet...

A lot of these types come up for sale. I once recall seeing a map of these types off emma-jency building's. Well over 100, that excludes the military ones.

Many secure storage companies buy the larger ones.....In America folks buy the old nuke rocket silos and build homes in them.....They do look rather catching
