IMR SR series 4756,7625,4759 being discontinued.

Looks like Hodgdon are rationalising their powder ranges and IMR SR powders are going the journey.

Shame as I found SR4756 and especially SR4759 to be very useful cast boolit powders. Been on my bench a long time and I will miss them as they go to the great powder keg in the sky along with other fine powders like the Nobel range, even although we are probably better served than ever with a greater choice of burning rates across the manufacturers it s always sad to see tried and tested powders that you could trust going the journey.

Sad news. I used to use SR7625 quite a bit, though not since I moved to NZ. Here while you can get IMR powders, they are not common - everybody here uses ADI.
