Saiga 12 bolt carrier
are those available as spare part in the UK and if yes are they restricted parts? The one of a friend of mine broke and it takes ages if ever to get them from Russia and the US with ITAR and so on is not much better.

A spare Saiga bolt carrier would be like hens teeth mounted on a unicorn horn!!!.There is only one Saiga importer in the UK and most spares and firearms from Izhmash take an age to arrive due to the Russian end of the process.
