Anschutz 54 stock
After a stock for a Match 54
Prefer plain "English style", but anything will do as a means of rescuing an old Anschutz from the dark corner of an RFDs storage unit...
Thanks

I have nothing to do with them other than purchase a rifle there.

Yes...busy waiting for the boss to find the one from his online shop that I phoned them about.
Re: Anschutz 54 stock
I know how you feel I went down to look at a 54, but he couldnt find the one advertised and the "boss" was out etc etc, ended up with a completley different rifle that I am extremely happy with for a knock down price so cant complain, but the guy in the shop did come accross as a bit of dim wit!!!saddler wrote:Ta.bowser wrote:Surrey Guns had a number in stock all used, but reasonable in price.saddler wrote:After a stock for a Match 54

The boss was who I chatted to on Saturday. Much more helpful/knowledgeable, but the stock I'm after is not in the shop - though he knows where it is...

Still looking
ZERO reply from Surrey Guns since my first call.
Tried them today, phone rang a short number of times before being flipped to answer-machine/voice message.
Every time I tried calling back later, as the voice message instructed, the number of rings before the message started was less than the previous attempt to get through.
Sent an e-mail too - but not holding out any further hope of using them as a source of a stock
