problems with investarms 50 hawken

The powder is Krankys TS2.

Although thinking back... when I was using pyrodex it was with lubed patched balls.
Whereas with the TS2 I've been using Alox'd minies without a patch.

I've also found that the ram rod that comes with the rifle isnt really upto the job.
I've been told to buy a length of 12mm brass rod instead.
