3-gun in the USA with proper ARs and regular sized handguns, it's worth the price for the experience http://shootflorida.co.uk/

I haven't been there yet, I've been to Rockcastle Shooting Centre the last 2 years, but that's in Kentucky.
Think there are still places available for the April trip to Florida.

As I have some difficulty walking I decided to give this a go.

Will be there two weeks today. I think I'm looking forward to it!
There's some quite good you tube coverage of past events.

froggy wrote:The Run `n Gun is described as "a pistol & rifle biathlon as a fun way to test man and equipment over a course roughly 6 to 7 miles, cross country, with four or five shooting events spread along the course. Competitors must carry all their gear, including water, stuck case extractors and anything else. No outside help is allowed. Competitors receive a score for their run time, and a score for each shooting event. Run time counts 50%, and the combined shooting scores count 50%."
This sounds totally up my street (I run half-marathons as well as shoot.) Now, can I persuade the wife to let me do this if I take her and the kids to Disneyworld?

I'd love to see something like this in the UK.
what would be the legalities of doing this on farmland cleared for shooting if the owner would allow it?

Waoooooo..... I had a quick butcher in the gallery section ... Pure eyes candy !!
Your forthcoming W-E looks simply awesome you lucky devil !! My dream type of W-E !! Please make sure you take tons of pics and do us a "range report" .
How does it work ? Are you going as a spectator and have a shoot on rented guns or are you going to take one of the class on offer ? I very much like the idea of "Tactical Pistol in Chaos" O:-)
