Hi .... welcome to FBUK!
Re: New Member from Surrey
Hello all,
been trying out different things at Bisley, so far 100-600yds using an Ar15, scoped .308 and iron sighted SMLE - have to say, had a ball with the SMLE at 600yds, probably the most enjoyable shoot so far, but maybe my expectations were fairly low...
Also did the CSR day course recently, trying to get comfy sitting and kneeling and 3 sec exposures was a challenge. Had a go at Mcqueens 200yds with an AI too, but was only my second shoot so couldn't appreciate it as much as I would now. Also a bit of gallery rifle with the Marlin, fun, but a bit less so than the longer range stuff which I think is more my cup of tea. Having a crack at 900yds this weekend.
Now 4 slots on my FAC to fill!
