Range closed Sun, "snow" the fannys.
The BR99 is made to fire 3" carts. So roll top buck shouldn't be a problem.
Do you think the after market lower you fitted has anything to do with it?
Nothing wrong with altering the mags

Re: SG Buckshot in the North East
Answers without showing your workings aren't answers! I presume you just lobbed of a coil or two from the mag spring?
I'm just very wary of doing anything that can potentially interfere with the feed reliablity on a mag fed comp gun.
Nothing to do with the lower, it was doing it with the original fitted. Buckshot stage at 2:52;
Its the bolt/spring running out of steam pushing a long cartridge off a tight mag. I think i will have to start experimenting with shortening a magazine spring. Thankfully i've got one spare from a mag i've already destroyed

Never said I was going to "answer" anything.
All I said was I would try different makes of buck shot in my BR & check the results.
Mag's can be altered, how you do it is up to you.
