Just a quick hello,
I've been lurking for a while so thought I'd be sociable and sign up ;)
I've always had an interest in shooting since I was a teenager. Finally got round to getting my FAC two years ago (but have quite a bit of shooting experience from 15 years military service
I'm a member of three clubs in the East Midlands, and really enjoying myself. Though going through quite a steep learning curve as far as reloading is concerned.
Presently own : -

.22 Remington 597
.223 Ruger Mini 14

I shoot at Reepham near Lincoln. Ancaster near Grantham, and recently joined a club in Derbyshire to shoot at Thorpe Cloud.

I used to live in Lincolnshire and shot small bore for the county so I know Springfield well, I visited Reepham a couple of times having bought a case from Andy T and offically on county association business, its a nice setup just a shame it's only 75mtrs

Yes Reepham is a great club. Very friendly and great facilities only limited by being 75m. One reason I joined the Derbyshire club is to shoot out to 500 yards at Thorpe Cloud.
