has anyone got a sporter stock for the above as a quick fix to keep it shooting while new wood is prepared

Will have a look for the camera and try to get some.
It's the lower, shortened at the first band...then rounded off.
Nice bit of wood, just one very small mark in it.

Got three so will send the one that best matches the sporterised forend
