The 3 parts on the left are broken. You can see where they break from the one at the top which is cracked.
It's not an overly complicated part but they are handed and the 5rnd and 10rnd ones are slightly different, so 4 different designs/parts would need to be manufactured.
I'd say Delrin would work but probably anodised ali would be the better way to go.

This is what I'm thinking...

Re: SSG-69 Magazine parts
I had a guy try to make me some using a 3d printer it was not successful. He made me some using a mould out of some sort of resin they work but they are not exact copies. I could ask to have a go at making some more but I guess he is not going to spend to much time on it unless he can make some money out of it.

Hmm... they could be CNC'd and anodised however it would not be economical to build a run of less than a couple of dozen.

How feasible to make ,say, 200 or 500 ?
Seems to be a common problem.

Re: SSG-69 Magazine parts
I will strip a magazine down this weekend, inspect and dimension. The more that are built the cheaper they become however I would hate to machine 500 sets only to have the majority of them sit on the shelf for the next 5 years...
