A few photos from Knob Creek 2011

#1 Post by mag41uk »

Just been looking at the many photos I have from here.
There is a chap called lil fat guy who is always on the main firing line.
He uses mg`s with cut down barrels.
The ma deuce barrel is only about 12inches long!
The muzzle flash is something else.
We were shooting APIT through it- very entertaining on fridge freezers!

Top pic isn't a RPK.....it's a PKM, a RPK is a magazine fed 7.62x39 AK variant not a 54r belt fed. :good:

He sure is, what I wouldn't give for a PKM and a few belts at a range.I wasn't detracting from the photo, merely pointing out :good:

Well spotted Wilson!
I was waiting for someone to point that out.
What you don't see in the photo is the washing machine about 40 yards away and the odd stick of tannerite!
I will put a few more pics up as I have a few good ones.

A 20mm Lahti.
The owner turns the bullets out on a lathe.
I think they are about 1500gns.

And a cheeky howitzer in the background, live firing of course!
