New box-fed shotgun.

#1 Post by DW58 »

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before, but the search engine couldn't find it.

This would appear to be a new Italian-made box-fed pump-action shottie suitable for practical competiiton.

Not a bad looking bit of kit, is there a UK distributor?.

Magazine fed, pump action would put you in Open... where you would be sloooow compared to the semi-autos...

Looks like fun though!

More to the point, are they going to make one with a UK legal barrel? Things like this usually get designed for the defence market which doesn't really have need for a 24" barrel

I haven't a clue about such things, I just saw the thing on FaceySpaceyBook and thought that you shottie-guys might be interested.

Looks similar to the Valtro PM5. If F4i altered the scoring/divisions to suit the range of shotguns around there could be a surge in shotguns like this I think

A box fed gun for the pumpers, it's maybe just as fast as quad loading a super nova.

Unfortunately however good it may be its a gun with nowhere to play currently, as mentioned the detachable magazine puts you in Open Division with the Bora's & Saiga's irespective of the fact its a pump & you will get your butt kicked.

Its an interesting design & would be great to shoot im sure, but given the current competition rules its best left to the law enforcement & military market.
