I require a mil-spec end plate with a circular cut out to fit my SGC 9mm.

I have a brand new Buffer tube (Carbine) Mil Spec with spring and buffer. no castle nut or end plate though.

Does the plug come out easily of the hole below the buffer hole?
I don't think your receiver end plate is mil spec (or even standard) as it has two holes, the mil spec ones only have one hole, and unless the plug comes out you'll have trouble fitting fixed stocks.

I have a DPMS tube and end plate and castle nut if you are still looking all brand new
