Henry Big Boy .38/.357 Lever Action Rifle

#1 Post by Demonic69 »

This rifle is in excellent condition, shoots great and is good fun.
Loads from the tube at the front and ejects out the side. Henry make a scope mount for it that fits in-place of the rear sight AFAIK. Cycles and shoots .38spl and .357Mag no problem

Looking for £450 collected from Sheffield. Can RFD at cost or arrange to meet if possible.

That's an incredibly cheap price for an excellent rifle!

The scope mount is the 1st generation Cantilever version, lots on eBay US for about $35 or $27.50 direct from Henry if they'll ship to the UK.

That really is a stupidly cheap/good price! troutslapping

If I hadn't just got a second Big Boy .44 in the new Blue Steel finish and have a Ruger precision rifle on the way I'd have your hand off!!! :)

Actually they will under certain circumstances, I spoke to Catherine Scarpa about a dink in my first Big Boy and she offered to send a complete set of woodwork, brass butt plate and barrel band over for me, as I was off to Florida I got them sent there.

Luckily I have friends in Texas, New York and Illinois so I can get non-ITAR stuff sent to them and get them sent over here. I just ordered a scope mount and thumb extension for the new Big Boy at a fraction of the cost Viking Arms wanted.
