Chuck, I'm in Istanbul at the moment. This City has changed a lot. Heading down to Hatay on the Syrian border early next week. Should be interesting.

I'm in sunny Scotland for the festivities. Did Istanbul at Christmas last year, never again. It's OK for a few days then I need to get out of the place.
Istanbul is one big patch of densely built high rise - when the next earthquake hits I am sure most of it will fall
