Fox 8-32 Scope plus B-Square mount for No.4

This came on my Lee Enfield No4 but I shoot open sights so I've never used it.

The writing on the side says FOX 8-32x44W-SF and its got an illuminated reticle (not mill dot though).

Does £70 sound fair? I'd sooner have it collected but I will ship if needed which will cost £7.29 with Collect+
