Ours is sleeping next to me, he probably thinks he should have come and picked up Pigeons for us this evening however he was left at home.

After having 15 months off dogs here is our new companion. He is a very pretty fairly dark in colour four and a half year old male Labrador Retriever. He has spent his working life as a gun dog so used to retrieving Pheasants and Ducks however he has now retired. He is an absolute delight to be with and we feel very privileged to have such a capable chap here. Although he is officially retired I will continue to work him when there is an opportunity and in between there will be lots of walks and outings. The last couple of days we have been getting him used to our voices and commands and he is absolutely spot on.

He's a real handsome fella, may you have many years together.
