The old under levers should be iron sighted all the way.

;)
Arming the Country, one gun at a time.

Good deals with Paul101, Charlotte the flyer, majordisorder, Charlie Muggins, among others. Thanks everybody.

Off the very top of my head, try SYSS or EGW in the States.
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!

SYSS (South Yorks Shooting Supplies, aka www.rimfiremagic.co.uk) will have options, including the cheap-but-good Weaver 63B which costs just £10. They also carry the combined picatinny rail and peep-sight "Ace-in-the-hole" by Williams for £55, which I had on my 1895. Can't remember if the 1894 is the same fitting.

They aren't open all week- phone and speak to Roger or Linda, good guys.

Wentworth Shooting Supplies are also worth a call (Chris and Amy), more good guys.
