Copper fouling

#1 Post by DOGGER2UK »

I have a CZ452 in which I have only used lead bullets. If I use copper washed bullets, as well as lead, do I run the risk of fouling the barrel?

I haven't noticed any fouling after using RWS HV ammo (as pictured) but I can't comment only any other brand of copper washed 22lr ammo.

I use minimags in my LBP and Semi auto and haven't noticed any copper deposits. They're definitely significantly cleaner than regular lead.
