.44 magnum long barrel revolver

#1 Post by Pesty »

Are there any about anywhere?

Still waiting for my licence and visit I didnt put this down thinking of asking to when he arrives or at least putting a variation straight in for one.
Reason being I'm getting a 44 lever action. Thought it would make things easier for reloading having a common Caliber.
Can always load down or .44 special the reloading dies seem to do both.

Any thoughts or go for 357 instead

Just saying. :squirrel: wtf :run: :run:
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

I've got a broken one with ovenpaa at the moment. I don't know where he's at with it but I could be persuaded to part with it for not a lot if you want a punt. It needs a new part making (cylinder retaining bushing) and some other tuning up. It did work before I broke the bushing...

When I had my visit I was asked if I wanted to make any amendments without the need for a variation. Its well worth an ask

I think they are hand fitted so you'd need a few and then a good gunsmith.
