Have you though about the DIY option? I found 20mm black conduit clips worked a treat (~ £15 per 50) with some plastic and metal offcuts and bit of imagination. Even adding a Tek-Lok belt clip, an eight/twelve unit cost less than £20 to make. Most bits were readily available on that evil online auction place!

I've made a higher capacity belt from multiple smaller units all attached to a rigid back plate, which hangs off a cheapo webbing harness.

Look through Ebay or Google to get an idea, put in Molle vest.

I know Viper do them but they are considered the cheaper/lower end of the market
