And this is why ranges have a 30 second rule! Since the bloke in the video re-cocked the bolt and fire three times we cannot be sure which strike caused the primer to ignite and fire the round off. My guess would be failure to ignite the powder, the cartridges might not have been stored properly and some powder might have been "moist" thus not igniting immediately.

I can't believe the guy immediately walked infront of the firearm without clearing it first though. I wouldn't care if it was just a single shot bolt action!

They haven't done a good job of it!

He's not a very good actor and he should have made sure the barrel was at least pointing in the right direction when he put it on the table...

View it in slow speed and it is the bottles that blow as opposed the weapon discharging. A set up.
