I only source ITAR compliant kit, so magazines of 10-rd capacity or under.

May be worth looking to non-ITAR governed countries, or the EU

What type of magazines are you after? A few times on here people have come up trumps with sources for stuff seemingly only available/cheaper in the US but found in Europe/Israel etc

Try Vertebrae, who are based in Norway. They can order items from the USA then ship from Norway and will sort out all the paperwork involved for doing so. I've received two orders recently from them, unfortunately you do have to pay VAT on the items.

A 9 Round P9S mag will not be covered by ITAR as far as I am aware as it only controls magazines with a capacity larger than ten rounds :)

Finding a US RFD (FFL) that has bothered to avail themselves of that information is the tricky part. In fairness I don't blame them, ITAR is written in a manner that makes out firearms legislation seem like a large print childrens book and the penalties for getting it wrong rank from severe to cruel and unusual!
