Carcano, 7.62x54 brass and 8mm Mold
Decided I need to thin a few things out so here we go
My M1897 dated, Terni produced 1891 carcano. In very good condition considering age, it has been refurbed at some point judging by the stamping on the butt. It still has a gain twist rifled barrel (which is in very good condition) and the old style extrator that runs through the locking lug, most of which were replaced with an upgrade in the early 1900s. There is a slight split in the stock on the tang but this seems to be no issue and could easily be dealt with by removing the stock and placing some wood bond in it.
Also it should be noted it wont feed the PRVI 139gr projectiles from the magazine, but it will feed 160gr bullets (tested with a clip of inert 6.5 military rounds).
This lovely rifle comes with around 130 cases, most once used, some used a few times but should still get a reload or 2 out of them. It will also come with 2 clips and a case length gauge.
Asking £450 + RFD fees if needed (Bristol based)
I also have a quantity of 7.62x54 PPU brass, all once used - £20 per 100 + P&P
Finally a 8mm (.329) 205gr bullet mold. Made by lee and has handles with it. I live in a flat so it is of no use to me. - £15 + P&P

Hi,
I'm interested in some 7.62x54r brass if you still have any. How much is still available?
Thanks,
Mark
