I spent this evening trying to make two ten round magazines out of one good one and a second that the spring loaded release catches have broken on.
Any one know were you can get bits for them. I had two five round magazines as well but one if them as fell to bits on me. The way things are going I soon wont have a magazine for it.

I think Styria bottom metal and AICS mags is the way to go.
Worked well for me.

Re: Steyr SSG 69 magazines
I got spares for the plastic ones from Sportsman in Dorset a couple of years ago, so if you don't want to convert to metal they might be able to help.

Thanks.
Re: Steyr SSG 69 magazines
We ordered in a new 5 shot earlier this year, around GBP65-70 inc VAT from memory and it took a couple of weeks to arrive.

PMd you.
I enjoy my shooting but usually get a better group with the empty cases !!!!
Re: Steyr SSG 69 magazines
Thanks very much.
I was shooting it to day it still shoots into an inch at 100 yards. They had a comp on the afternoon not much fun with dodgy magazines.
The generosity of shooters never ceases to amaze me.
