What size is it.? If you measure the thread pitch you should be able to buy one from any nut/bolt supplier.

it seems to be 4.5mm thread and 30mm long an M4 goes straight through and an M5 won't fit,

bit more playing about seems an imperial 2ba has a thread of 4.7mm so have ordered one of them to give it a try
