Broken Accuracy international stock / chassis
A stupendous long shot i know but has anyone got a broken Accuracy International stock/chassis whatever they call it these days?
I'm after the fore end with the pesky bipod mount for a Frankenstock project, and in my dotage i would rather excavate what i need from a knackered stock than machine up what i need.

I'm looking for the original mount built in to the stock that the bipod spigot goes into.
I'm assuming (dont say it) that the mechanism is moulded into the front end.

Re: Broken Accuracy international stock / chassis
Not sure if a part of the chassis or a block inserted into it.
Re: Broken Accuracy international stock / chassis
Neither am i - so finding a knackered stock and peeling seemed the way to go..
Re: Broken Accuracy international stock / chassis
The AI one is part of a machined block at the front. The Roedale one is similar but a lot simpler in that there is a grub screw to hold the spigot in as opposed to a spring loaded catch which would be my option if I was to make one myself with minimal effort. From memory the diameter of the Roedale hole to accept the spigot is slightly less than the AI. I might even have the dimensions somewhere if you are stuck.
Re: Broken Accuracy international stock / chassis
Go for an airsoft copy, they tend to be in parts that are then assembled into the stock, rather than a built unit.
Loads of firms sell them off as spares, in there ' grave yard' section..
