Does anybody know a machinist who can make me two unusual thread adapters?
What's unusual about these adapters is that they will have a large to small converter and the large end is an unknown thread of about 45mm diameter. One adapter will have a small end that is threaded 1/2" x 20 and the other one will be 1/2" by 28.
I have the female component into which the large thread must fit, so whoever makes the parts must be able to work out what that thread is and make a male thread to suit.
Before you suggest Ovenpaa, he has made me good stuff in the past but he is up to his eyeballs in work so I will be looking for someone else to get these pieces done.
I have a rough diagram here of what I want:
