Remington 700 SPS Varmint .223 Rifle.
Remington .223 26" bull barrel outfit.
Rifle comes with upgraded adjustable trigger paid for as an extra when it went through a recall.
Large bolt handle, (plastic).
Magazine extension, now holds 9 rounds plus one in the chamber.
Neoprene cheek piece, for extra comfort.
Muzzle threaded to take a ASE Utra Jet-Z sound moderator in .223. (Mod has some minor scratches from a clip that held a mirage band.)
Also available if required, a Hawke Varmint 3-12 x 44SF scope, with flip up lens covers and rings. (Bases are part of the rifle.)
The rifle has had very little use. I have owned it for 6 years and the round count is 765. It prefers a lighter bullet in the 52 to 60gr weight.
Two spare .223 slots required.
Rifle, mod and scope £950.
Rifle and mod without scope £850.
Face to face or buyer pays RFD fees.
Could meet at Bisley.

To help this sell, what is the twist rate, there is only one .223 slot required, plus one for a centerfire moderator.
You’re specifying lightweight bullets on what with a heavy 26” barrel looks like a target rifle, is this due to the twist rate or experience?
I’d have thought a modern heavy rifle like that had a 1:9 or 1:7 twist or faster and would suit heavier target ammo?
