FAC application in the post tomorrow

As no news since the visit a month ago I called up today and was informed that the application was only passed up the chain last week (12th), but the senior officer it was passed to was in and the lady I spoke to on the phone would chase it up with him.

She felt that it should be OK and I am likely to hear in the next week or so.

Fingers crossed for some movement.

Im glad that at leat its moving, the biggest problem i am having is actually doing what they say they are!!

Not going to be able to do any shopping for a little bit, as I am booked up for the next couple of weekends aaarggh

Reading this has depressed me. In TVP area, sent my application at the end of Jan. Home visit at the start of May and have since emailed them a polite "any news" enquiry and only received an auto reply.

Keep at it, took me just short of a year. BUT I have them now!
