It all depends in what state you live in. Some are for more stricter ( IL is the only state that doesn't allow you to carry at all ) and some states have constitutional carry. Missouri is a shall issue state for CCW which means as long as you aren't a criminal or nut ball, the law enforcement HAVE to issue you your permit. The investigation for the permit is where they get nosy into your back round.
