I don't know about that? I ordered a few parts for my .44 Marlin Dark before Christmas and we had a good chat about firearms then, I didn't get the impression he wasn't selling firearms.

total coincidence but I happened to have a call from Alan today. they are still very much trading. they are using Doug's RFD as it means they can do sec5 work, and they can't have 2 RFD so they had to relinquish theirs.
Basically positioning themselves to take over from Doug when he eventually retires.
