The AZ vaccine most of us are getting is based on an adenovirus, which often gives people sore throats. Seems to work well enough for all that.Christel wrote:That sore throat which I had as well, it felt like I had burnt my throat, like eating a super hot chip and getting it stuck. Lasted half a day.Ovenpaa wrote:Second jab last Monday. Sore throat and headache that may or may not be related for last couple of days.
First night after the jab I felt sore all over. Apart from that and the sore throat a few days later all good.
Careful now/that sort of thing

Chap we know, he turned up yesterday, had the second Pfizer jab Wednesday, out walking the dog he started feeling dizzy, had to lean on a fence for balance.
Fine after that.
Fine after that.
Re: Have you been offered, accepted/declined the vaccine
I have got a sore arm this morning but nothing else.

I'm fine....then again I haven't had any quaccine fired into me.
Some friends STILL got leg pains, and now Pfizer is causing inflamed heart issues. Oh well.
