These are a pair of Tier One 40mm scope rings, part number T1PIC40H, for a Picatinny rail. There were fitted to a target rifle for a short period before being changed for a single-piece Spuhr mount. They were £125 when purchased and would cost £150 today.
£65 including postage. Grab yourself a bargain.
