Re: cast bullets for a Lee Enfield no4
I've used the Lee 160gn bullet sucessfully in my 303.
Mould number is CTL312-160-2R and I use it pretty much unfettled apart from smoothing off the sprue plate.
I run them through a 312 sizer, more to get the gas-check fixed than any sizing and coat them with Alox. My lead is range scrap with about 16BH and the finished bullets measure at about .311".
Using the 200 yard load from 'Cast Bullet Loads for Military Rifles' in the Library I get about 1200fps and about a 1inch group at 25m with battle-sights.
Very happy to send you a few if you want to try them out. PM me your address if interested.

Hi Peter, I made them under the Rising Sun Ordnance label.
Theywork well and I'd suggest Alliant 2400 to drive them.
