Miroku leaver action .22
Hiya, ive just acquired a miroku 22rimfire leaver action rifle from 1980 I dated it at,it has dove tails on the receiver, does anyone have any recommendations for a compact ish scope? Going to use it for both rabbit and rats, and a bit of range target...so nothing over 50m I shouldn't have thought

I have a Simmons White Tail Classic 1-5x20 on mine, works well.

Mine has a Centre Point, whatever they are, 3-9 x 32 scope on it. That is what it came with and works fine for the bunnies, handy enough.

I've noticed that it's a really short stroke,quite accurate.

That brings back memories.... back in the late 80's I'd just got my FAC and was shooting smallbore league, and saw this little lever action in the LGS, so had to get it... it was a Miroku.
Taking it down to the club, one comment I remember was "oh, thats twee..." !!
While is wasn't as accurate as my Anshutz 1813, (not that i expected it to be), it was accurate enough for a bunny gun, and was used as such for a while.
